       Here are major problem for beginner on going to the gym. They phase that of many problem in starting of gym because they have zero or nothing knowledge about the gym. They don't know how to start or how to set our daily plan. They don't have so much known about gym. They do of many wrong exercise which effect their body. They lose their gain/weight. There are a number of ways to defeat yourself at the gym. For example, you can easily injure yourself lifting, running, or using machinery improperly. Or, you might catch the glance of a good looking guy or gal, see them scoff, and let the hit to your confidence send you fleeing back home. Even eating the wrong foods earlier in the day can lead to an energy drain that makes your workout all but useless.With that in mind, there are several things anyone new to the gym or fitness center should know. It goes beyond simply following the rules and acting polite — the real work begins before you’ve even set foot on a treadmill or pick up a barbell. Here something for beginner so lets START........


SOME COMMON MISTAKE JUST BEGINNER DO :

  • Which GYM is BEST
  • Don't follow DIET plan
  • Skip the worm up 
  • Lifted most Heavy weight
  • Edicated the most of bad habit. 
  • Waste to much time on gym 
  • Don't learn any thing & Follow same routine always

  • Which GYM Is BEST : 

At the starting period of gym beginner can do of many mistake in which first is that they really don't know about the best/good gym which is most common mistake.They join any gym without taking a knowledge about the gym like parking, maintenance, atmosphere, coach etc. This is main region firstlly you know about your gym. 


  •  Don't Follow DIET Plan :                                                                                 

 The second most problem of beginner is that they did not follow any of diet plan.What to eat and what to drink which is the most common mistake of all time.The beginner always hat the diet of gym they can't eat a protein,vitamins etc which is the main source of body growth and maintain our body. They have zero knowledge about the diet in between the beginner fail the most.


  • Skip the WORM-UP :

Beginner make many of mistake in which WORM-UP also coming which is the first thing which we do in our gym. But the beginner can left in his daily routine of gym. This is the main region the body can't warm and it get fracture and injuries and the stretch marks also come in body and day by day it will increase. So if you are beginner then I heartily say that don't ignore the Warm-Up and Worm-Up will save you from the injuries.



  • Lifted the Heavy Weight :

This is the main region for the beginner body growth that At the first day or first week of the gym they lifted the most heavy weight and  the weight is dis balance which gives injure also.Beginner think that at the starting day if we lift heavy it will gain on body but its wrong. If you are beginner then day by day you improve your self then lift heavy weight.


  • Edicated the most of Bad Habits :
 In the starting of gym beginner make the most common mistake that they do many of wrong thing which harm the body and can not grow at starting and the beginner blame gym. The beginner edited to smoking, alcoholic, masturbation etc. which is most dangerous to their HEALTH.If you are beginner then don't do such kind of things.


  • Waste to much time on GYM :
In the starting beginner always do many hard work which was not good. Beginner waste to much time on gym that they use many time their phone. They do many sets on gym also and they lift heavy also which waste so much time on gym. Beginner talking to much also and take to much rest on their sets which is not good.If you are beginner then don't use of phone to much and don' take to much on sets.Beginner can complete their workout in 45-60 min which is enough for their body and health and it save time also.



  • Don't learn any thing & follow same routine always :
At the last this is the main topic of the gym that the beginner can't learn anything from anyone. They think that they know everything but that was wrong they don't have enough knowledge about that. By taking less knowledge they do always wrong exercise in whole time. IF the beginner taking knowledge also and do right exercise then they always follow the same routine and can't change their routine.If you can't change your routine then you will we edicated of same exercise. So you can't do and follow same routine ..
